We use alpaca wool, Pima cotton and silk. We have consciously decided to not use synthetic fibres, firstly because people with sensitive skin react with skin irritations to the toxic chemicals they contain and also synthetic materials are not breathable. Secondly because synthetic fibres are not biodegradable and and pollute the environment for an extremely long time.

Our products are manufactured in Peru. We are pleased to work with local partners who value fair and sustainable working conditions and wages.

The alpacas that provide the raw fiber for our partners are kept by local farmers in small herds with an average of 80-100 animals and live a happy life in the Peruvian highlands. The animals have natural access to water sources and endless grasslands. There is no factory farming. The shearing is done using the traditional Inca shearing technique, which minimizes stress for the animals and is also prescribed by the Peruvian government.

MUNAYKI charges a service fee of €5.90 for shipping within Germany via DHL Go Green. This service already includes the costs for packaging and shipping the goods. For orders over 160 €uro, delivery within Germany is free of charge.

As stated in the cancellation policy, you have a right of cancellation for every purchase from MUNAYKI. If an item does not fit you perfectly or you do not like it, you can return the ordered goods to us free of charge within 14 days . For returns within Germany, we ask you to:
• place the enclosed return slip completely filled out in the return box
• stick the parcel sticker marked "Return" onto the box
• send the return shipment to MUNAYKI via DHL
